MisBeee Writes started out as a passion project, allowing me to document and record inspiring cultural events I have attended, share stories about ordinary people doing extraordinary things, and highlight views that disrupt conventional ways of thinking.
My posts have fuelled a discussion on African Traditional Religions; inspired one writer (Nadia Maddy)’s second novel (coming out soon), and resulted in opportunities for me to share knowledge about blogging and writing with others.
The content in some of these posts has been used in a social media campaign to boosts people’s appreciation of their culture. The campaign was launched by the National Folklore Board and the Ministry of Tourism in Ghana.

It takes many hours each month to research, interview and compose the content I produce as well as hundreds of pounds – so your support really matters. How much you donate is up to you (enough for a cuppa or that dream holiday …hehe!) If you’d like to donate, please choose PayPal hyacinth.beauty@gmail.com for more details.
