Is it time we taught each other how to be social?

In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault scandal, is it time we started teaching people how to behave appropriately towards one another? And would that help to reduce the incidences of sexual violence?

Cultural commentator, film buff and blogger D’Lambert Mensah believes such teachings should start in the school setting and could even form part of the curriculum.
